Best Service I Could Ask For
I wanted to inform you that I had the best dang service I could have asked for from two of your team members, Megan Stetz and Holly Rader. Holly ensured all of my client’s ocean shipments went smooth from port to destination without any hiccups. Megan was dealt an incredibly difficult situation that was very much so not ideal for all parties involved. However, she assisted me and my client after hours, Saturday and Sunday, and kept me in the loop along the way with details on the good, bad, and horrible news throughout the cycle of this job. Nonetheless, both of them got this done for me and a very very large client of mine.

You Have Met Our PPE Needs A Couple Times Now

We have Covid patients and provide coverage to a wide multi-county service area. While we are active, we have not been designated as a hot spot. While that is good, the air bridge, the state, and the fed does not help us out. That has resulted in us being very challenged. We will utilize you as we need and can. Don’t know how you pulled this N95 off, but find some more please.

Relentless Drive and Creative Problem Solving
I wanted to take a moment to highlight the significant impact Francisco Reyes has had on our team in supporting our growing International volume and relentless schedules we’ve had recently – specifically GE’s Thanksgiving/November push that was critical to our year-end closure targets.
While Francisco is always one to go beyond his work-scope, helping anyone in need of his expertise and eager to assist whether his responsibility or not, this November push was a highly significant achievement.
It was imperative for us to sail the remainder of our International customer material by November end, however due to internal shop delays, we only had a limited window of 2-3 weeks to receive/crate/load/truck 60+ containers worth of volume though our local warehouse…a volume throughput in 3 weeks equivalent to what we typically handle in 3 months. Francisco led this immense outbound effort with our warehouse and carriers and together we achieved this goal. I firmly believe it would not have been possible without Francisco’s relentless drive, creative problem solving, endless hours, and dedication to the team.
I felt the need to pass along this recognition for Francisco and kindly recommend you consider him for recognition within EMS
